Beancurd or Grass Jelly or Ice Jelly?

Over here you wouldn't have all the common Chinese Desserts and you wouldn't have all the fanciful desserts that you can get at a typical dessert stall. What you have over here are mainly 'Beancurd', 'Grass Jelly' and 'Ice Jelly' only.

I always find the traditional 'Beancurd' much more sweeter than the 'Beancurd
Pudding' and the 'Beancurd' pudding can give provide this chilling sensation,
which is far more suitable than the traditional 'Beancur'd on a crazily hot
day. Regardless it's traditional 'Beancurd' or 'Beancurd' pudding, as long as
it's 'Beancurd' or 'Soya Bean', I'm pretty much okay it. (I have also tried
the 'Soya Bean' ice cream in 'Arashiyama', Kyoto, Japan and it's amazing too.)

'Beancurd'(豆花)
As for the 'Beancurd' over here, not only the smooth texture of the 'Beancurd'
is appealing, the sweetness of the dessert is perfect. It's not too sweet for
me too. I love it so much that I...

'Beancurd with Red Bean'(豆花 + 红豆)
The 'Beancurd' remains to be pretty good but the 'Red Beans' over here are
amazing too. Rather than leaving the 'Red Beans' in a metal container and left
in on the table, the stall owner has kept it in a sealed container inside the
fridge. Therefore the 'Red Beans' remain to be crunchy and not too soggy and
soft like some other stalls out there.

'Grass Jelly with Aloe Vera'(仙草 + 芦荟)
After giving it a try, I went back to the same stall 2 days after my previous
visit. But this time round, I decided to give the 'Grass Jelly' over here a
good try. Pretty much similar to the 'Beancurd', the 'Grass Jelly' over here
are pretty smooth too. But unlike the 'Beancurd', the bitter taste of the
'Grass Jelly' are to my liking. But, probably because I have chosen to eat it
with 'Aloe Vera', therefore there's a mixture of both sweet and bitter taste.
(I should have gone for the plain 'Grass Jelly' the next time round.)

'Ice Jelly with Sea Coconut'(文头雪 + 海底椰)
I went back the following day again. O.O""" The stall owner is laughing and
mocking me. =.=""" But the desserts over here are really that good,
therefore I don't mind going back again and again. But this time round, I
decided to give the 'Ice Jelly' over here a good try. Pretty much similar to
the 'Beancurd' of this stall, not only the 'Ice Jelly' over here are not too
sweet, it also comes with a nice sour taste too. And the generous portion of
'Sea Coconut' is another big (+) too.

'Soya Bean + Peppermint' Drink
This stall not only serve dessert. They also have something which is
pretty similar to a bubble tea. And most of the drinks over here are
using 'Soya Bean' or 'Grass Jelly' as a base. And this is my first
encounter with a 'Soya Bean + Peppermint' drink. Although the texture
is pretty much similar to an average 'Soya Bean' drink, but the taste
is pretty much similar to the 'Chewing Gum' back then in Singapore.
And the taste is ultra funky... O.O"""

As you can see from the menu, most of the desserts over here are using
'Beancurd', 'Grass Jelly' and 'Ice Jelly' as a base. Though it's not
stated over here but there might be chances that you could mix and
match the base and the topping you like. Well, you can try asking. :P

So where can you give the delicious desserts a try?
The name of this stall would be 'Soya Bean Point'(豆浆坊).
It's located inside 'Toa Payoh Lorong 5 Food Centre'.
