Time for some tasty music again...

Before you scroll down to the main subject of this post, let's sit back and enjoy some good old Chinese Song first...

'Ye Lai Xiang'(夜来香)
Although 'Teresa Teng' isn't the original singer of this piece of music,
but no one will forget about the legendary 'Teresa Teng'.

'Chicken Cutlet'
The time is 7pm and I was hoping that I could find something nice and new to try. After
walking around the food centre for the second time, I finally spot this ordinary looking
stall selling Western Food. Despite of the number of items that they have, the long queue
is amazingly long. Well, I ended up joining the queue and placed an order for a plate of...

'Chicken Cutlet'
I'm glad that I have gone for the 'Western Food' served over here. For a start, rather
than providing the customers with packets of chilli or tomato sauce, you can simply
squeeze out as much sauces as you like from the free flow sauces 'bar'. Although it's a
'bar', it's actually 2 bottles of sauces by the side of the stall. Food wise, the 'French
Fries', itself are pretty crunchy and not too oily. Even though the chilli sauce are
pretty normal stuff, but it still blend into the taste of the 'French Fries' nicely.
Next, the chef have added a generous portion of vegetables, which includes 'Peas',
'Corns' and 'Diced Carrots'. Though it's served cold but the vegetables are nicely
done and although it's merely vegetables but it's still far more better than merely
a few leaves of lettuce or a portion of salad. The set meal also comes with a Bun too.
The chef has also provided a tube of 'Butter' for the 'Bun'. I started off cutting a
hole on one of the sides and scoop a bit of 'Butter' into the 'Bun', before cutting
the whole 'Bun' into 2 and savour it. 'Bonjour'~~~ Although this is a tedious way of
savouring the 'Bun' but you could really taste the sweet 'Butter'.

As for the piece of 'Chicken Cutlet', the crispy texture itself have scored lots of
points already. The chef has also added a scoop of specially blended sauce over it.
Best of all, the succulent piece of 'Chicken Cutlet' is fantastically delicious.
The standards of the 'Chicken Cutlet' is so high that it really makes one wonder
why didn't the chef open his own 'Western Food Restaurant'. Well, only when there's
nice chef like these that will allow us to have delicious food at an affordable
price everyday.

By the way, let's take a quick glance at the menu of this stall.

So where can you give the delicious 'Western Food' a try?
The name of this stall would be 'Tasty Barbecue'(夜来香).
