Not too early for some duck... :P

I was trying my luck on a weekend a few weeks ago, hoping that I could give this stall a try on a weekend. I ended up reaching the stall by 12 noon and the stall owner had already finish cleaning and he's more or less ready to go off. Disappointed, I decided to give it a try in the morning...

'Duck Noodles' (Dry)
The noodles are covered with a few pieces of boneless duck meat and
after the bowl of noodles a bit, it seems that the main ingredients
were mainly a few pieces of duck meat, bean sprouts and noodles.
How should I put it... basically, the duck meat are pretty tender
and the chilli that comes with in the bowl of noodles blend with it
perfectly. If you taste the duck meat without any stirring, it might
taste ordinary, but once you have mixed it with the noodles and the
chilli and eat it together, you will be pretty amazed how a group of
ordinary ingredients can ended up to be so tasty. :D

So where can you give this 'Duck Noodles' a try?

The name of the stall would be 'Redhill Lor Duck Rice and Noodles'.
It's located inside 'Redhill Market'.

Notes;
  • Operating Hours: 9am - 12noon
  • 12noon would be a rough estimation, the stall owner was telling me that during the weekends, the business tend to be pretty good and all the food can be sold out before 11am.
