Pretty common, yet Rare...?

In all the bigger food centre or hawker centre in Singapore, that ought to be a few stalls that are pretty common. It can be simple dishes like Chicken Rice, Fish Ball Noodles, etc... to Western food, Fried Hokkien Mee, etc... Therefore, it have been a rather difficult task to determine which stall is the best. However...

'White Carrot Cake'
this is one of the better 'White Carrot Cake' stall that I have ever tasted.
This plate of 'Carrot Cake' is pretty healthy, as compared to the 'Black Carrot
Cake' that most people would strongly preferred, not too oily and the texture
is pretty soft. On top of that, this plate of 'Carrot Cake' isn't tasteless.
For some reason, most of the 'White Carrot Cake' that I have tried would ended
up to have either the taste of the flour or the taste of the chilli only.
As for this stall, it's a completely different situation. There's something
beyond the taste of the flour, the chilli and the egg. And it's the exact
same thing that will keeps you going on and on, until you finish the whole
plate of 'Carrot Cake'.

So where to get this relatively good plate of 'Carrot Cake'?

The name of the stall would be 'Fu Ming Cooked Food'(福明熟食).
It's located inside 'Redhill Market'.
